Adam Wiseman

Adam Wiseman, CHE, PMP

Canadian Mental Health Association Certified Psychological Health and Safety (PHS) Advisor​
Adam Wiseman, Certified Health Executive (CHE) with the Canadian College of Health Leaders and Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute is the founder and lead consultant of Quality Mental Health Interventions Training and Consulting.  He is a dynamic speaker and presenter with in depth knowledge of both the current best practices in mental health interventions as well as the innovations to come!   

Adam has a specialty in crisis management and the hands on practical skills required to support people at any stage of their mental health recovery.  He has acquired over eighteen years of experience from frontline to management working in the field of community mental health.  As a former professor of Community Mental Health Case Management at George Brown College, his knowledge is based on both sound theoretical foundations as well as the lessons only hands on experience can provide.

Adam is a CMHA certified PHS Adviser, Senior level instructor of Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (Crisis Prevention Institute) and is certified in Violence Threat Risk Assessment (Canadian Centre for Threat Assessment and Trauma Response); he also is a black belt in Lean Six Sigma utilizing data for quality improvement (Management and Strategy Institute).  He is currently the manager of Forensic Assertive Community Treatment Programs at Canada’s leading community mental health care provider.

Kristyn Hill

Kristyn Hill, RN

​Workshop Facilitator

Kristyn Hill is a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of mental health experience.  She has worked extensively both on inpatient and outpatient units and has spent the last 10 years working in the community.  She has worked with young adults and in forensics and with adults with serious mental illnesses at one of Canada's leading centres for mental health sciences. 

Kristyn is certified in applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training as well as Nonviolent Crisis Intervention.  She is a Livingworks SafeTALK suicide alertness instructor and a PFLAG certified LGBTQ 101 trainer.
