Kristyn Hill, RN
Kristyn Hill is a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of mental health experience. She has worked extensively both on inpatient and outpatient units and has spent the last 10 years working in the community. She has worked with young adults and in forensics and with adults with serious mental illnesses at one of Canada's leading centres for mental health sciences.
Kristyn is certified in applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training as well as Nonviolent Crisis Intervention. She is a Livingworks SafeTALK suicide alertness instructor and a PFLAG certified LGBTQ 101 trainer. Lisa Matheson
Lisa Matheson has over 19 years of experience working in community mental health and addictions. Lisa has managed three different clinical programs throughout her journey in leadership and in 2018 joined the faculty of Durham College’s Addiction & Mental Health Post-Grad Program. Lisa is an Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) facilitator and certified Nonviolent Crisis Intervention instructor. In addition to being an educator Lisa is also an accomplished public speaker on various topics pertaining to mental health and addiction. This is complimented by Lisa's background in quality improvement and building community partnerships.
